Location: Blaen Y Glyn Uchaf car park - approx postcode CF48 2UT  

Meeting point: Blaen Y Glyn Uchaf car park

We'll gather at the meeting point and leave promptly 15 minutes after the start time.

This is a moderate, long route so I would suggest a fair level of fitness is required to come along. Please bring plenty of water, suncream, plasters, a packed lunch, snacks and wear appropriate footwear and outerwear    

As always, car sharing would be best, this can be discussed in the walks chat on WhatsApp. Make sure to chip in for petrol if you do share rides, so that the full cost isn't being absorbed by the drivers

We can end the afternoon with optional pub grub & a pint!
