Bristol Book Club

This time we’ll be discussing There Are Rivers In The Sky by Elif Shafak, a sweeping, layered novel that moves across time and place and gives us a lot to sit with. A rich, expansive story about memory, history, love, loss, and the threads that connect us across centuries.

It’s a longer read, so we’ve given ourselves a bit more time between sessions to really enjoy it.

We’ll talk first impressions, characters that stayed with you, moments that moved or frustrated you, and any themes that sparked something.

No need for notes or perfectly formed opinions. If you loved or hated it, you’re totally valid and we’d love to hear your praise or scorn!
