CircleUp Adventure Day: Formby Beach & Pinewoods 🌊🌲

Member-led plan • Hosted by James M Escape the city and join us for a day of fresh air, beach walks, and great conversations at Formby Beach and Pinewoods. This relaxed adventure is designed to help you meet new people while exploring one of the North West's most beautiful coastal locations.
📍 Liverpool Central Station @ 10am
Please arrive 10 minutes early so the group can travel together.
10:00 AM - Gather at Liverpool Central Station and meet other CircleUp members before grabbing the train together.
10:20 AM - Train to Formby: Direct Merseyrail service from Liverpool Central to Formby.
Travel time: approximately 30–40 minutes.
11:00 AM - Walk Through Formby Pinewoods
Begin with a relaxed walk through the pine forest trails.
12:00 PM - Sand Dunes & Coastal Walk
Continue through the famous sand dunes and head towards the beach.
1:00 PM – Picnic & Lunch
Find a spot near the beach for a relaxed picnic.
Bring:
Packed lunch or snacks
Water
Blanket or towel (optional)
2:00 PM – CircleUp Beach Games: Bring your own beach games or maybe just a book!
Participation is completely optional.
5:00 PM – Train Back to Liverpool
Travel back together to Liverpool city centre.
What to Bring

✅ Sunscreen (weather permitting)
