Member-led plan · Hosted by Matthew K We are headed for our first Wellness event just outside Manchester at ‘The Farm Club’ in Pickmere! We’ve got a private Breathwork, Ice Bath and Sauna experience from 2.45pm - 4pm :)

There are also a few bits of kit that would be good to bring: • Swimwear • Two towels (one for the sauna and one for drying off afterwards) • Flip-flops or sliders • Warm, comfortable clothing to change into afterwards • Water bottle (to stay hydrated) • Toiletries (optional, shower facilities are available)
